What this is not
This is temporary cover to get the car home. It is not an annual policy and it is not a cheaper substitute for one — on most cars a year of drive-away cover would cost far more than a normal policy. Sort your annual insurance in the ordinary way; this is only for the gap between buying the car and that policy starting.
